Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and okdaj ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the okdaj website at okdaj.org, including all games, betting services, payment facilities, promotional offers, and any other features or content available through the platform.

By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. okdaj reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on okdaj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times while your account remains active. okdaj reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility criterion at any time and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account is open.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must be the lawful and sole owner of the payment method used to make deposits and receive withdrawals on your account.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by okdaj or any other gambling platform, at the time of registration or at any point during which your account is active.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on okdaj. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okdaj will close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and may withhold withdrawal of any funds pending investigation.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your okdaj account, regardless of whether such activity was carried out by you personally or by a third party who gained access to your account. The following responsibilities apply to every registered account holder.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

okdaj supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via approved payment methods. At the time of publication, accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. okdaj reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Withdrawal Matching: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit unless an exception is approved in writing by the support team.
• Processing Time: okdaj targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any applicable KYC requirements.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okdaj is not responsible for currency conversion charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

okdaj does not charge fees on standard local wallet deposits or withdrawals. However, the platform reserves the right to introduce transaction fees with reasonable prior notice. Funds deposited by a player that remain unclaimed in a dormant account for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as detailed in the account management policy communicated at the time of registration.

Bonuses & Promotions

okdaj offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to your account for promotional purposes only and carry no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that remain uncleared at the expiry of the promotion period will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim the same welcome bonus multiple times, including through duplicate accounts, will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• okdaj reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus or winnings derived from bonus funds if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players. okdaj reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from promotional eligibility if account activity suggests professional gambling patterns inconsistent with recreational play.

All bonus promotional terms, including specific wagering multipliers, game contribution percentages, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and expiry dates, will be communicated clearly at the point of offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding all promotion-specific terms before opting in to any bonus offer.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okdaj and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use third-party automation tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated arbitrage betting.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or at any other time when information is requested by okdaj.
• Allowing a third party, including a minor, to access or use your okdaj account under any circumstances.

okdaj employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited activity. Where prohibited activity is suspected, the platform reserves the right to suspend account access, freeze balances, and conduct an investigation before determining the appropriate course of action. Players subject to a suspension pending investigation will be notified by email and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken against their account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the okdaj platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, text, images, graphics, game thumbnails, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of okdaj or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of okdaj.

Game content made available through the okdaj platform is provided under licence from the respective game studios and providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. All intellectual property rights in respect of such game content remain vested in the originating studio or provider. Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content solely for your personal entertainment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okdaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, delayed withdrawals caused by payment provider issues, or any inaccuracy in game or odds information. okdaj's total aggregate liability in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okdaj does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, third-party payment processing delays, and connectivity issues outside okdaj's direct control may temporarily affect platform availability. okdaj will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable and to restore full service as promptly as possible following any unplanned interruption.

Amendments & Governing Law

okdaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okdaj will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' prior notice via a notice posted on the platform or sent to your registered email address. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which okdaj is registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
